This is our soon to be new house! Don and I have always dreamed of living in a Craftsman house. This is a Craftsman Bungalow built in 1928. It is in a designated historic neighborhood in St. Pete, Historic Kenwood, and it has been noted by an historian to have architectural significance due to the builder who had a great impact on the area. It is redone on the inside but still has its original detail. It has a great front and back porch!! Anyway, we are very excited about the house and the neighborhood. We should be moved in by mid-August and will close at the end of July.

New House for the Chambers
